- Please note that some of the telecom operators have discontinued the full talk time denominations of Rs 333 and Rs 444 with immediate effect. Please check with your telecom operator on the available plans. If any of your recharge transaction fails, we request you to try a different denomination.
- On successful transaction your mobile operator will send you the confirmation through SMS. In case you do not receive any confirmation, please check the 'Talk Time' limit with your operator
- Your request for recharge is sent to your mobile operator for the amount entered by you. Kindly check with your operator for increase in Talk Time limit and validity period of the recharge
- If your Talk Time amount does not increase for any reason, the amount would be reversed in 4 working days excluding Saturday and Sunday
- Kindly note, recharge via SMS service has been withdrawn. We request you to use Citibank Online, visit a Citibank Kiosk or call CitiPhone helplines to recharge your Prepaid Mobile Connection
- We request you to ensure that you have entered the correct Prepaid Mobile Number. Citibank will not be responsible for erroneous entries
